S E D U C E

I've almost forgotten to mention something maine introduced. How can I?

SEDUCE from Australia is a gorgeous label of flouncy dresses and eclectic mixes of colour. It oozes so much glamour enough to make sure I get my hands on them when I can.

I'm still so digging the Hot Right Now dress. Hot colour, seriously glamorous with metal hardware straps.

Benefiting

News has it that this newcomer from Benefit has a wonderful "foundation faker" that covers flaws well.
Some Kind-a Gorgeous comes in some kind-a gorgeous packaging and rumour also has it that its blusher works wonderfully together with the compact.

The High Beam also helps sculpt higher cheekbones and enhance its glow.

Check out their website as it even teaches you step-by-step to fixing your skin to a flawless complexion. I say this line of wonders look like sure winners! PLUS get free standard/international shipping when you spend US$85 and above! Just enter "INTLFRSH" in your promocode before check out. Finally some rare find of free international shipping!

Enjoy!

The Haute Of Haute Couture

After reviewing Fall's Haute Couture 2007 I've concluded my favourite, and no it isn't a Chanel number this time(gasp!).

credit:style.com

This piece of gorgeousness and grandeur from Valentino is an absoulute genius! Being a great fan of jewels, glamour and ruffles (not forgetting its colour), I was bowled over by the details. Its intricate and careful alignment of every inch of the dress looks too good to be true. I just wonder how much time was put into it. I say, I'll wear this anytime to a function worthy of its flamboyance.

Valentino's probably my overall winner. Check out the lookbook for other pieces.

I-am-in-the-Live-Earth-Fever Person

but it's good fever!

I'm sure you've heard of the Anya Hindmarch "I'm Not A Plastic Bag" bag as the label's global effort to help clear up some environmental issues, encouraging people to use the bag as a replacement for grocery or shopping bags, or maybe just to lug your documents/homework/clothes on loan (!). Comon' if you could get your hands on them do get one and do your bit for Earth!

Quite honestly and sadly i think most people who bought just like it for the label, or that it's pretty, or that every celebrity seems to have it so they feel like they should jump on the bandwagon plus it's way more inexpensive than other Anya Hindmarch totes and nots, but I sure hope the message is sent clear across and is affective. I mean, I can't imagine Giordano doing one. It might look like this:

Not saying anything bad about it because it's still good effort but my point is I guess the environmental bags people are selling should be a little more presentable and attractive so you don't have to sacrifice some fashion sense to be a little bit more environmental.

While it's hotcakes in the UK we can only sit and watch til it launches on our little shores (if ever). but err. Good news is, they are launching it in Japan on 14th July in Ginza, Isetan and Dover Street Market Tokyo! Please anyone, tell me if you're going to Japan at that time!

Now I'm not being all Live Earth fanatic on you but I've always been a rather environmentally-friendly person. Well. Whenever I can I will!

Jet Setting For-ever?

In Rome, fashion royalty hails its king.

Mr. Giammetti said that was not true. “Nobody is going to succeed Valentino,” he said. He added that the market for high-end fashion, including haute couture — that specialized made-to-measure branch where a Valentino suit with all the trimmings can cost $50,000 — is going to expand with the spread of wealth to areas in Asia and the Middle East.

Now I guess so the rumours about them giving up Valentino is false. Yay, coz
I honestly wouldn't know how the turn of such changes would result.

How can you not love it? How can you not love Karl?

The Shoptarte says hello.

Oh fashionville. How can we ever leave it?
